Miss Robyn Anderson

Robyn has been educating children and helping families in Canada as well as internationally for over twenty years.

She is passionate about Social & Emotional Learning and puts this at the forefront of her teaching practice.

She began her journey in education as a Day Care Assistant and then became certified as a Montessori Teacher in Early Years Education. Robyn eventually left her Canadian hometown at the age of 25 and began working as a live-in and live-out nanny and governess in different countries and cities in Canada. Her journey overseas was exciting and she began teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) in different countries.

Later on, she attended university in Wales, United Kingdom and received her Education Degree (PGCE) in lower and upper primary. Afterwards, she helped start up a school in Thailand using England’s National Curriculum where she led her own EYFS class and team of staff members as Acting Deputy Head.

She is currently teaching at an international school in Hong Kong as a Grade 1 Teacher and Team Lead while using the Ontario Curriculum.
