Somatic Exercises Review Day 1

🌟Join me for the next 60 days as I add regular somatic exercises to my daily routine.

🌟Fingers crossed that I can keep up with it. I’m sure there will be days that I won’t want to, but therein lies the challenge.

🌟With the help of @theworkoutwitch_ I am hoping that I can release the tension, pain and stored trauma in my neck, shoulders and hips. I feel like my posture and body are all a mess, but I know that these 3 areas are where I have kept my unresolved issues since I was a teenager. I’ve been on a huge healing journey since Covid and I’m hoping that these added exercises can help me even further.

🌟I’m also in perimenopause and I’m interested to see if these exercises will help with my hormonal imbalance and myriad of symptoms.

🌟My goal is to post weekly updates on my journey with this new challenge.

🌟Day 1 was great so far and I felt a bit of a release in my lower left side of my back as I did the first set of exercises on my bed.
