Somatic Movement Review 2

I’ve been really enjoying the somatic workouts with The Workout Witch. I have found a lot of parallels between what I have learned in yoga to what is being taught in this online course. I have found the exercises simple and easy enough to do on my bed. That way, I don’t have to move my furniture to make it work!

Here’s one example of easy to do exercises on your bed. I found these ones helpful with my lower back and I now do them often.
